About Mr. Manic

Mr. Manic is an electronic musician, DJ, and performance artist based out of Philadelphia who embraces many genres.  With nearly two decades of experience in several fields, he has traveled near and far sharing his love for music.  In Philadelphia, he is known for his dance floor packing Deep House sets, his monthly event Spellbound that focuses on his strong love for Goth subculture and its music, and past work with the collective Psy-Fi Productions.  Internationally, he is known for his involvement with Drop Dead Festival and Magazine, where he traveled through Europe working with bands from the Goth genre and its many offshoots.  When it comes to dance music however, he tends to focus on Deep House as can be heard in his Twilight Vibe mix series.

Inspirations include Jay lumen, Detroit swindle, Dirty Bird label, Amine Edge and Dance, and indie rock. Creating an eclectic funky style from the smooth melodic to the hardest tech that everyone can get down to.
